I received two $30 iTunes gift cards from someone and went to redeem them later that day. A few days later I noticed that my money was not added and it was the same amount of money I had before I tried to redeem the two cards. Is there anything that can be done about this? Thanks.
Have you tried redeeming them again.
You redeemed them onto that account and the redemption appeared to work ok ? Have you tried logging out and back into your account on the device/computer ?
Yes I have but the amount was still the same as it was prior to redeeming them.
