Problem 1.

I am using an I phone 5, version 9.3, I updated my phone two months ago and

I'm being asked for the apple ID that was used set up this phone, however, this

phone was given to me by a friend before passing on, so I cannot guess the

apple ID and password he used. However, I had changed a few things like the

new apple ID and recovery ID. kindly advise on the way forward.

Problem 2.

I have tried to include my payment information, however my credit card number keeps on being rejected.

I am using a visa debit Card. Kindly advise on the way forward for this as well.
