How do i get IOS 10 on my iPad? I have an iPad 4 and I am wondering if i can get it.
At this moment iOS 10 is only available as a prerelease version to developers, but Apple will release a public beta version in July. You can sign up for it if you want to -> https://beta.apple.com

To get IOS 10 you will need and Apple Developer account. To get this go to the following link https://developer.apple.com/programs/ . You could wait for the public beta that drops in July which is also FREE unlike the developer account.

Frankly if you are asking this kind of question you are probably not prepared to go through the troubleshooting associated with an iOS release. You also won't get any help on the regular support channels which are restricted to released software, not beta versions. Are you an iOS expert? Would you freak out if suddenly one morning all your files had disappeared from your iPad? Do you back up daily? Why not let others work out the bugs first, or is really so important to you to be the first on your block with iOS10? Usually any new iOS release is also accompanied by a flood of people asking on this forum how they can revert to the old version. Why not let them test it for you?
