Cannot Activate iPhone after factory reset

You will need to get with your cousin and ask her what apple id she used to activate the phone.

You can't bypass the icloud activation lock without the previous owners (your cousin) info.

Did you do this with her phone:? What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if you did then it shouldn't ask for her info and you can set it up with your apple id.
