Q: Can iPhone 5 have low power mode ?

MY iphone is 5 and is on software 9.2.3 , but doesn't have the battery setting

As best I can tell, the iPhone 5 should have low power mode. The KB article makes no mention of it not being supported:

What do you see when you go into Settings>Battery?
