Q: how do I save text messages from iPhone 6 to macbook pro

I have many text messages on my iPhone 6 and want to save them to my macbook pro. Need ideas on how to do this.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Sign in to iMessage on the phone & computer and turn on Text message forwarding on your iPhone.

This does not save all of them--only recent ones and ones from other iPhones

You will need a 3rd party app to do this.
