Q: Syncing Ipod and Itunes

Hi - I ripped all of my CD's through WMP, to an external HDD, with the ALAC format. I then added these as a library to iTunes. Trying to sync 4330 songs to my 64gb iPod Touch tells me I am 50gb over the memory size. Is there a way of adding my ALAC tracks to iTunes in such a way that I can get all 4330 songs to my iPod?

See this option on the device's summary tab when connected to iTunes. You can set the bitrate for a compromise of quality and quantity.
