Q: applications problems

Hello,

I have a problem with my iphone 6S and i really need a help from Apple bcz nobody here in my country can help me. I have bought my phone 3 months ago and i've noticed that many times a day i dont receive on time the msgs on apps as whatsapp viber fb messenger. when the phone is on sleep mode its like the apps are disconnected from the net and only when i open the phone i receive the msgs and missed calls. i went to the service center where i've bought the phone from and they said that everything works normally. the problem exists on wi-fi and 4G as well. Plz tell me how can i find a solution for this. Thank you.

    You know that we are fellow users on these user-to-user forums, Apple are not here.

     

    What have you tried so far ? You've tried :

    - closed the apps via the phone's taskbar

    - toggled notifications off/on for those apps in Settings > Notifications

    - done a soft-reset / reboot of the phone

    - logged out and back into your accounts on those apps
