No sharing for matched library?

As I understand it, my matched library cannot be shared by my family under the current state of Apple Family sharing. Is there any plan to correct this? Why would I not be able to share my music collection with my kids? That is one of the precepts of Family Sharing, I would think. I have a large library that I converted from CDs and Albums over the years, and it is property of my family - after all, the money used to buy it is a marital asset, so my wife has a legal right to the purchased music, and my kids are 8, so they would fall under that auspice as well. I would really like to see this happen so I can avoid having to go back to everyone on one iCloud sign in.

Any chance of rethinking this, Apple?

Hi,

You can't use iTunes Match with family share but you could share music from Apple Music if you subscribed. As Apple Music now uses the iTunes Match algorithm and has removed DRM from your own music, I suspect that you will not be able to share that content. I have not read anything about this nor has Apple support documents been updated yet.

Maybe someone else on this forum who has Apple Music and family sharing has noticed any change in behaviour.
