Q: iMessage Help!

I Want To Try The New iMessage Features (themes,Effects Etc)For IOS 10 On My IPad, But Cant Find Out How To Do It!

iOS 10 is only available for developers at this time. It will release for public beta sometime in July, and will launch to the general public sometime in the Fall. If you can't figure out how to do it, I would advise holding off until the release to the general public as the developer and public betas are intended for those very familiar with iOS and preferably with a device specifically for testing. It may be filled with bugs that could render your device unusable, and there is no support if you are on the beta.
