Try updating your device again using the same network. If you still see one of these messages, try updating your device using another network. If the issue happens again after trying to update with multiple networks, remove the update.
Remove and download the iOS update again
If you still can't install the latest version of iOS, try downloading the update again:
- Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage tap Manage Storage.
- Find the iOS update in the list of apps.
- Tap the iOS update, then tap Delete Update.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.
If the issue happens again, try updating with iTunes.

Jun 14, 2016 1:18 PM in response to basharz12by elcpu,Try a Forced Restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage (the first one) > and if there is an update, delete it. Then go back to Settings > General > Software Update and try again.
If this does not help try updating through iTunes on your computer.

Jun 14, 2016 1:35 PM in response to basharz12by elcpu,Without a computer it is tough. I don't know why you cannot install the update. You could Reset all Settings and try again but this is a substantial reset as all settings would go back to factory. You will not lose any data but would have to reconfigure settings from scratch and it may or may not help. Is there anyway that you can use a friend's computer?

If you are able to get to a friends computer to use their iTunes, just ignore any prompts to restore from any backups while on the computer. You may be prompted through iTunes to Set up your iPhone as new or to restore from a backup. Choose the option to setup as new, and this just will leave your iPhone alone as far as syncing content from the computer onto it.

Jun 14, 2016 1:50 PM in response to basharz12by elcpu,You could also go to an Apple Store and let them update it for you.
On your friend's computer, iTunes, Preferences, Devices, make sure that "Prevent iPods,..... from syncing automatically" is checked before you connect your phone.

If you go this route, be sure to make an appointment beforehand. Having a backup is always a big suggestion before attempting updates if it has not already been said. The computers on the floor are imaged so they cannot sync/update/restore with iOS devices. They usually have macbook airs that the genius's carry around with them that are loaded with the current install of iOS to update or restore your iPhone with.
