push email notifications - hotmail

I updated from my iPhone 5c to the iPhone 6 the other day and set it up with my 2 email accounts (1 for junk mail, 1 for work mail, both are hotmail addresses). On the 5c I was receiving push notifications for my work mail. On the iPhone 6 there is no push option, only Fetch and Manual. Both are running the same IOS so why is there no push option and how can I get my work emails pushed?
