Why do you post an iPhone question in the Using Apple Watch forum?

Make sure you make a backup on iCloud or on computer iTunes

Apple ID sign out below
iPhone Settings >
     iCloud > Switch Find My iPhone OFF
     iCloud > Apple ID
     iTunes & App Store > Apple ID
     iMessage > Switch OFF
     FaceTime > Apple ID

Then restore iPhone as new
