I just bought my son an iPhone and he is using my apple ID. He has made some purchases. Please I cannot afford all this. How do I cancel these?

Tell ITunes Support your issue and make your request.

Make your son use his own Apple ID.
Mac mini, OS X Yosemite 10.10.3; Apple Watch, 38 mm silver AL, Watch OS 1.0.1; iPad Air 2 & iPhone 6+, iOS 8.3
In the e-mail receipt use the Report a Problem link to contact Apple.
Note all purchases are final but you can plead your case.
In the meantime, on your son's iPhone:
Settings > General > Restrictions > put in a passcode (don't forget to remember the passcode you put in, you cannot retrieve if you forget)
Switch off the following items from Allowed.
- iTunes Store
- iBooks Store
- Installing Apps
- Deleting Apps
- In-App Purchases
