I have tried to register my apple products such as Mac Book Air online but it shows that your request could not be completed

Can anyone help me with any alternative option to register my product in my own

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

The article you attached to your question above, "Do I need to register my Apple product?", states exactly the same result @theratter told you above ... you do not need to register your product. You only need to register an AppleCare agreement if you purchase it separately from your computer.
