Q: How do I restore/retrieve deleted notes (which also appears in spotlight search)?

Ok so here's what happened, I was normally using my iPhone 5 (ios 9.3.2) then I decided to go into notes.. and then suddenly the notes app crashed and when I opened it again, All my NOTES were GONE. I'm not sure what caused this issue but I know that my iPhone had full storage at the time.

Though when I tried searching for the deleted notes I noticed that they were still popping out in the spotlight search, but whenever I press it, it just opens the notes app and that's it..

Is there anyway to restore my notes because these are very important.. Any reply would be helpful (I'm desperate)

P.S. I don't have a backup from icloud nor from the computer

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.2, null

Without a backup, my hope for you is that these notes had been managed by an email service, and most of the time they are even if the user is not aware of this. Check that all of your relative email accounts are working properly on your iPhone. If you have access to a computer, it can be helpful to compare what is on your iPhone to what you see in your email account on the account website. So for gmail, you would go to gmail and navigate to notes. Yahoo, you would do the same.

I highly suggest keeping backups regularly for situations like this. How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

If your notes were managed by iCloud, you can Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support. You can then ask to speak with Account Security and ask their assistance to recovery any notes that iCloud may have managed and were somehow deleted. A backup is not required for this sync service.

I realize seeing your notes in Spotlight can be a head scratcher, but Spotlight is indexed to reference files in their original location. Think of it like those shortcuts you can make on your desktop. You click on the shortcut, and it brings you to the respective app that would hold that content. In this case, it would be notes which you are seeing is empty. Spotlight, itself, isn't keeping these notes.
