Q: Billing question

How long does it take for the purchase charge to show on a bank statement?  I purchased 5 songs from Jessie J four days ago and they still have not shown up on my credit card.  Pending or otherwise.

Itunes, Windows 10, purchase charges

    Hi Jennifer,

First, I want to make sure to welcome you to Apple Support Communities. You can find a lot of answers to your Apple questions here.

Since I'm also concerned about keeping my balance correct, I can understand your concern as well. I'm more than happy to provide the information you need to get that answer.

Check out this article for details on how iTunes Store purchases are billed:

How iTunes Store purchases are billed

The subtitle of the article provides this explanation:

When you make a purchase in the iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store, your account is billed at the time of or shortly after your transaction.

To do some research on this, let's make sure you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your PC

With iTunes open on your Windows 10 computer, click on Help at the top of the iTunes menu bar and choose "Check for Updates...". If an update is found and installed, please restart your PC before continuing. If you're not seeing the menu bar, click the black and white box in the upper-left corner of the iTunes App and select "Show Menu Bar" from the drop-down.

The first step is to make sure you're signed into iTunes with the correct ID.

Sign in to the iTunes Store on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV

The next one would be to confirm that the purchase was made on the correct Apple ID.

See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC

If you see that purchase, here's how you confirm which card was used.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

If you located the purchase and the card used is correct, you can let iTunes Support know using the following site.

    Contact Apple Support

Click/tap the link for iTunes & Apple Music and follow the prompts.

    Take care!
