Q: Signed out apple ID and lost all my music, Logging back in and merging didn't work

I signed out from my apple ID and signed into another that was registered in another store. I signed out and logged into the original one. All my music was gone, I turned on merging, nothing came back. I turned off and on the phone, I turned off and on merging, I signed out of iCloud and apple ID and signed in again, nothing came black. I called support and no one took it for 5 minutes, I hope someone has an answer here or im going back the Spotify with anger as #1 duty of a streaming service should be keeping the music.

iPhone SE, iOS 9.3.2

    Hiya, fatihrb,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! Based on your post, I'm understanding that you signed out of your Apple ID under the iTunes and App Store on your phone, and after signing back in you're missing your Apple Music content. I listen to music on my iPhone all the time, so I definitely understand needing to get those songs back. The article linked below should help you with that.

Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer

Follow the steps under the "Turn on iCloud Music Library" section, using the "On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch" instructions:

    1. In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon and sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
    2. From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.
    3. If you already have music on your device, you'll be asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. Choose Merge to add the songs currently on your device to your library.* If you select Replace, the music on your device is replaced with your Apple Music library.

Once you've done those steps, you will be able to manually re-download your Apple Music content.

    Cheers!
