Q: Additional Google calendars lost in iCal after update to El Capitan

I have a google account with multiple calendars and they are shown on my iPhone with no problem. After update to El Capitan, my Mac Book Pro showed only one out of 5 calendars and in ~/Library/Calendars a subfolder 'Unmigrated' was created with the lost calendars inside. I tried already several things like enabling/disabling calendars in Internet Accounts control panel, login / logout etc. but nothing helped. I also removed the caches and ~/Library/Calendars, but then I still get only one out of 5 calendars. In this case there is a message in Konsole: CalendarAgent[630]: [com.apple.calendar.agent.log.accounts] [Not all of Support (identifier=70682AB8-7DC9-4D3F-AB3C-C97BB2F0AF61; type=com.apple.account.CalDAV; childAccount=YES)'s principals are in Calendar's database. We aren't going to add them however because it isn't enabled for Calendar or Reminders.]

Question: How can I enable it "...for Calendar or Reminders"?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
