iTunes Store Won't Accept My State and Zip Code

My iTunes Store won't verify my account when I've entered my state and zip code correctly. I've entered my zip code and state numerous of times. I live on Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands. My state is usually abbreviated as MP, but my only option is Pacific Islands (PI) and my zip code is 96950 and keeps saying that it doesn't match. I don't know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me?

I had the same problem. I tried this and it worked. I recommend using a computer instead of your phone to do this.

  1. Log in to your Apple ID at appleid.apple.com
  2. Once you logged in, scroll down to the Payment and Shipping section and click on Edit Payment Information.
  3. Reenter your expiration date and your security code (the three numbers at the back of the card).
  4. At the address portion, put in your address the way you'd put it and use Pacific Islands (PI) at the state.
  5. Once you verify all the information, click save at the right hand side of the screen.
