I see from your post that your iPhone is having issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, and its clock.Great troubleshooting step by restoring from a backup. Since that did not solve the issue let's restore your iPhone as new. But first let's make sure we have a current backup of your iPhone's data. Here's how:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Now that we have that backup, let's follow the steps in this article set up your iPhone as new:
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
After your device is erased, follow the steps to complete the setup assistant. When prompted, select "Set Up as New iPhone." Then tap Next.
