This absolutely works. I worked for years in the medical equipment repair field where "proprietary" keyboards cost several thousand dollars each. We learned about this out of necessity.
Take the batteries out of the bluetooth keyboard. Put them upside down on the top rack and let it run a normal cycle, no soap and no heat and no rinse agents.
Take them out, shake them real good to get the water out, rinse with alcohol, and then let them dry upside down for about a week. Shake them around every day to make sure the water is all out. If your oven is capable of doing 100 degrees, you can stick them in there for a couple of hours to make sure that they are dry.
