iTunes

Q: iTunes error

when I try to open iTunes I get a error message saying I have a certain file on a locked disk or I don't have permission to write.

so, how can I fix this problem?

I understand from your post that you are having issues with launching iTunes on your Windows PC. I use iTunes all the time, so I can understand the concern. See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash. I suspect you need to hold down shift as you launch iTunes and the choose your library file which will normally be inside User's Music > iTunes.
