ihave question my phone (6s) have a rattle under cam lens (when i shake the phone or tap under the lens its rattle ) is it a problem or no the rattle is so clear ????

Since I don't know how exaggerated the rattle is for you, I would recommend having it physically inspected by Apple. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
I can tell you that on my 6s Plus, if I tap on the back next to the camera location, there is some slight rattling but this is normal. The iPhone does have some internal parts that can move. The OIS and haptic motor for example.
