Our business is moving and the old company's name is still on the maps, I have submitted a "report an issue" report multiple times and I have waited many weeks for this to change. It still has not changed, is there any way that we can get that changed?

Business owners must sign into the Apple Maps Connect tool using their Apple ID and password. Corrected information will be verified using a personal identification number (PIN) and an automated call to the business’s phone number.
This should help you resolve your issue much faster since you own the establishment.
