Q: Speed change in FCP 7 jittery.

I have seen posts on this but not within the last year. When i change the speed of a clip down in the FCP's time line it seems to  play find. It is when i render and also export it that becomes jittery.

 

Does anyone have solutions for this?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), 2011

    What are the properties of your source footage?

    Click on a source clip to select it and once selected type Command + 9 to see the Item Properties. Either take a screen shot and post that here or report them here.

    What are your sequence settings?

    Click anywhere in your timeline and then type Command + 0 {zero} to see your Sequence Settings. Either take a screen shot and post that here or report them here.
