How do I move non-purchased songs from one itunes to another

So I bought a surface pro 4 the other day. I've been using a mac desktop for the past 6 years, and all of my music has been put onto it. When I installed itunes on windows and entered my Apple ID, only the purchased songs came over. However, I have a lot of music that I ripped from CD's, and in most cases, don't have the CD anymore. Is there anyway I can add the non-purchased content from my mac to windows?
