Q: Apple Watch didn't seem to be working and recivering messages
IM trying to sort my nans Apple Watch out. It didn't seem to be working and recivering messages on it. Checked all settings and couldn't see a reason for this. So I reset the phone and watch and was going to repair it. But this is were my problem is I know can't repair it to my iPhone by scanning and also manually. Can anyone help?!?

Hi Samantha
You may need to erase the watch first.
On the watch, go to: Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.
You should then be able to pair it to your Nan's iPhone via the standard set up process. Choose to Restore from Backup if offered the option during setup:
