recently in Venezuela they have changed the time by removing half hour of chavez.
Now the phone is fine and shows the correct time but iWatch remained with half an hour of Chavez. I solved it by changing to 30 minutes in the setup watch, but not good because the alarm clock and everything else shows me the wrong time.
How can I solve ?????

A workaround suggested by another user is to set the time zone manually to San Juan, Puerto Rico:
- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > General > Date & Time > turn off Set Automatically > tap on Time Zone and search for San Juan, PR.
Note that the timing of any existing Calendar events, reminders, etc may remain inaccurate.
It may help to restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch after making this change (turn both off together, then restart your iPhone first).

I had already found this solution, but it does not work. I put time in manual mode, I chose Caracas then turned off both telephone and clock and restarted before the phone.
The clock continues to give me the time different from the phone.

Have you tried setting the time manually to San Juan, Puerto Rico rather than Caracas?
I appreciate that you are in Venezuela, but that is the point of choosing San Juan; it is outside of Venezuela, but uses the same time zone that you wish to use on your devices.
