Export list of apps on my iPhone

I would like to generate list of apps currently installed on my iPhone. How can one do this?

Thanks for the steps above but it falls short of what I need. I'd like to EXPORT a list of the apps. iTunes don't appear to support this but I did figure out a workaround:

5.1. Right click on the list of apps and select the "Show in Finder" menu item.

5.2. Select all (⌘+A), copy (⌘+C) and paste (⌘+V) to the destination of your choice.
