i need to remove payment method i lost that card

i cannot get any apps.. the payment method keeps popping up how do i remove it . i dont have that card itget stolen/lost.

If none is not available, then you will need to add another credit card, or purchase an iTunes gift card that will provide you with a store balance. None is not available for all users.
