Do Macbook Pro fans run at the same speed?

I am not used to MacBooks. I was checking to see if my fans were running and noticed the fan that is on the Esc Key side blows a little harder than the one on the other side. I didn't see any article on this issue so i do not know if it is anything to be concerned about.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

The fans are always on, yes. Their default speed is typically about 1900-2100rpm but each fan is independently controlled so their speed is not synchronized. It will also increase (each fan independently) as system temperaruee sensors pick up increasing heat from components.

I have iStat menus on my MBP and it shows the fan speeds - one fan is often running a few to several hundred rpm different from the other, so it's quite normal.
