How to bypass subscribing to Apple Music
I just bought a new iPhone SE. When I try to play music I see a page offering me a three-month trial of Apple Music. Is there any way to skip the trial and just play my music?

In place of the NO THANKS button I saw GO TO MY MUSIC, but it didn't work. What a nasty way on Apple's part of attempting to push Apple Music. Shame on you, Apple!
After changing the setting all is well. Thank you, Chappers2017.

I turned of "Show Apple Music", but I still get the popup and choosing "Not Now" does NOTHING! My only option is to "Get 3 months free" which I AM NOT going to sign up to. Result, I cannot access my music, because the popup will not go away! Typical Apple Bull^%#^!
As I recall the "offering" was in the form of a pop up and after declining Apple Music several times the pop up quit asking. So there is hope, just keep declining.... 🙂
You don't need to keep declining it just turn it off in setting in the music part turn off show Apple music and then it won't even pop up.
No problem, John Link.
