Q: Itunes charged for subscription of not installed app

Hi.

Itunes charged for full subscription payment 39us$ of not installed app. In invoices its written as "Full version subscription (Automatic Renewal)"

I'm shocked. How is it possible?

Anybody can give advise or suggest how can I refund it because I used that app something like 1 year ago and never purchase any subscription of it.

    Uninstalling an app in one or more devices does not cause any automatic renewals to be canceled.

    The are iTunes receipt scams floating around, so first make sure this is legit by hovering over links in the email and making sure they are familiar Apple links.

     

    There should be a "Report a Problem" link in the email receipt you received. You can use that to request a refund.

    The information about contacting store support or disputing the charge is right on the invoice email you received (It varies by location).

     

    If you subscribed to the service, it doesn't matter if you deleted the app. You have to cancel the subscription.
