Q: What do when i get error message "backup is corrupted or incompatible"
i try all the options to error like (-1) but try didnt help. I suppose the problem is with the backup
"Your iPod has never been backed up to this computer"? Note: i have a old iPod (model MB528LL; Version 2.2.1)

See Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support. Delete the corrupt backup so you can make a fresh one.
