That will get you nowhere. That is an ID number used by the FCC to identify the device series.
What is it that you are actually worried about that you keep asking these types of questions? Why not just ask your question instead of all these little references? Are you afraid someone is going to do something, and what is it?
Check to see if you have warranty. That is about it. They cannot use it to access any of your data, or track your device, or anything like that.

Unless your device is jailbroken, or someone has access to your unlocked device, they cannot hack it, especially with just your serial number. The ID numbers will not help either. The hacker would have to have physical access to your device, it to be unlocked, and for Find My iPhone to be disabled. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
