hello! put your phone into dfu mode then connect it to itunes then choose just the UPDATE not restore and update

Sorry, but if you don't have a recent backup, then your data is gone. Follow the help article you linked from to restore your phone. Then reload whatever backup you have. Try to backup at least weekly.
