I have tried using my Apple ID password, my Apple ID password with a six-digit authentication code as the end of the password, and a six-digit code on its own. Unfortunately, though, none of these options has worked for me. I know that style people with two-step verification have generated am app password, but this does not seem to work for two-factor authentication.
If anyone could please help, that would be brilliant.
