Otherwise, it's really difficult to get viruses in iOS since the OS is quite locked to what third party developers can do (basically, apps which are in the App Store app). If one of these apps did something, please report to Apple so they can check that app.
If it isn't jailbroken, then follow the steps in How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups - Apple Support

Jun 16, 2016 10:25 AM in response to mabaeyensby negaunee024,It def isn't jailbroken, it is actually my mom's Iphone and Ipad im trying to fix. Somehow it took over both devices within minutes of eachother. Im trying to get her devices back without losing everything, but at this point saving the devices should be the main concern

Jun 16, 2016 10:25 AM in response to negaunee024by Salvador Sanchez,Actually that's not a virus, seems more like spam ware, or spy ware... It can't get in your device unless you allow it.
Try closing the app you were using when the problem occurred. (By clicking twice the menu button, and slice the unwanted app up, to close it.)
You might as well restart the device, by pressing simultaneously power and menu buttons for at least 10 seconds.
If the problem persist, restore the device.
That should do it.

Jun 16, 2016 10:31 AM in response to negaunee024by javaliga,Unless your devices were jailbroken, the chances of a virus are minimal. I would suggest making an appointment at the genius bar at your nearest Apple store. If that is not possible, contact Apple Support:

It sounds like your iCloud account was taken over. Have you receive any emails or text messages stating they were from Apple prior to this all happening?
Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
I recommend contacting Apple about this as soon as you can so they can make attempts with you to regain access to the account. If the person responsible for doing this learned enough of your security information to change everything on your account, you may be out of luck so it is vital that you contact them sooner than later.

Jun 16, 2016 10:39 AM in response to negaunee024by Lawrence Finch,That sounds like someone hacked your iCloud account and put the phone into Lost Mode. Apple's Account Security Team can help you recover. Call your local Apple number and ask for Account Security, or see: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
