Option to "Replace recovery key" is no longer available on the website

So I decided to turn on two-factor notification for my Apple devices. Since my iPad 2 is still on iOS6 (for productivity reasons), it asks me for a recovery key. Instructions on Apple's website send me to the appleID page, where I can presumably replace my lost key. The cool thing is that the option is no longer on the page! When I click "Edit" in the Security section, I see no mention of said recovery key.

Anyone else with this issue?

Thanks for responding. Looks like you didn't read my question, so this doesn't help.

I read both articles. Both link to this page: Apple ID account page. The option to "Replace recovery key" which I'm looking for, is not available on that page.

If you ever need a new Recovery Key, you can create one from your Apple ID account page. Just sign in with your password and trusted device, go to the Security section and click Edit, then click Replace Lost Key.

Followed the steps, and when I click Edit under Security, the option to Replace Lost Key is not there. See screenshot.
