Hi awwhite975,
I understand that you would like to resize the close
, minimize
, or maximize
a window buttons across all the applications on your customer's Mac. I can give a few suggestions to help you out.
First, I would look to see if they are using a Retina Display Mac. If they are, then you should see something like the images below when you go to System Preferences > Displays.

As you can see, you will have the option to enlarge the text, as well as those buttons. Take a look at the first article below that speaks to using a Retina Display.

Now, if they are not using a Retina Mac, then you can simply just change the resolution to a different scaling. This will make everything not look as sharp, but will accomplish what you are looking for. This is located in the same place, System Preferences > Displays and you will see an option for Scaled. Then it would be a matter of choosing the resolution that suites your client.

The last thing you can do is enable Zoom for your customer. This can either create a small window that will zoom around the cursor so they can click one of the buttons. Take a look at the next article to go over those types of Accessibility features on a Mac.
