How can I get rid of a virus on my iPhone 6+, if the virus makes it to where I can't use my touchscreen?

I would first recommend backing up your iPhone and importing your Photos/Videos if you do not have a current backup before doing the following...

Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

After restoring your iPhone, do not reload your backup and see if this issue continues. You can go ahead and sign into your accounts and reload your most needed apps from the App Store. If you notice the issue start back up again, try to identify any patterns that you notice as to when the issue occurs. If you cannot make anything of it, Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

Note: If the issue did continue after restoring your iPhone as new, the backup is still good to use as you would now know that no contents were the cause of your issue.

Unless the iPhone has been jailbroken, I seriously doubt it is a virus. It is virtually impossible to get a virus on an iPhone. From what you describe, it is most likely a hardware problem. The quickest and surest way to find out is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. If that option is not available, then contact Apple Support here:

There are no viruses that can affect an iOS device that is not jailbroken. None.

Restore the phone using iTunes. If that doesn't fix it, make an appointment at the genius bar. This sounds like a hardware failure.
