Q: Does apple have devices of the hearing impaired

  I found a page which seemed to say that apple had 'something' for the hearing impaired, if one had an 'apple modem tool'.  But, I can't find that page again, and I haven't found anything concerning the 'apple modem tool'.  If anyone has any knowledge about either that web page or the 'apple modem tool', I'd appreciate getting more information about either one.
