Hey,

So after i tried to send a really long message on iMessage, my messages application stopped responding, so naturally I tried force quitting and then rebooted the laptop but the problem still stood. I then moved to killing the application on both activity monitor and terminal, but the application still would not respond. I then attempted to solve the problem, by restoring the application to factory settings, but that didn't work because the application had frozen and I couldn't access any tool bars including keyboard shortcuts. Then, I used terminal to access all files associated with the Messages application and erased them, logically that would restore the Messages application to how it was before, but the application still won't respond, and freezes whenever I try to reload. Please help!!!!
