Q: No service on iPhone 6s Plus

I had a new iPhone 6s Plus 64 GB .. The first 2 days everything was fine .. Today the signal of the service gone .. I tried to contact with the service provider and they told me everything is ok and there is no problem with your SIM card .. I tried my SIM card in my old iPhone 5s and it works smoothly ..

I did reset for the network settings .. Not fixed

I did reset for whole of the iPhone and restore it again .. And also not working

what should I do please????????

thank you

If the phone is new or within the one year warranty period you have gone through all of the steps in here and nothing works for you, take the phone back to where you bought it and seek their help. Ask for a replacement if necessary.

I also have the same situation as you did. This phone has been bought and used almost a week, and suddenly 'No Service' did appear. I followed every step to reset, reboot, reinsert, and replacing new SIM card. Nothing can return to normal. I once found the Cellular, but it last only a minute and never found since. The SIM card was inserted on another phone and the service is available. This only led me into hardware or software glitch. The phone was bought on Apple website and delivered to Thailand (final destination). I made the appointment the next morning how this can be fixed. Can this be a hardware or just a software glitch? I hope somebody can raise the concern of the batch iPhone production whether similar issue can be flagged.
