Q: How to extract iPhone backup. I know that backup password.

I have an iPhone backup in iTunes. So last year I updated to iOS 9 beta right after the wwdc conference and had it till fall. So then the beta for iOS 9.1 came up and I updated it to that version and after some time, I got tired of the bugs and lag of the betas, so I made a backup on my computer and restored it to the stable version of iOS 9.0. So i wanted to restore from the back I had just made but then I came to know that the backup was of iOS 9.1, and I needed to have a version of the iPhone upper or equal to that to restore from that backup. So it lies there in my computer but I have a ton of photos and videos in there which I need to take out, which I know can be done with some softwares but the thing is that the backup is encrypted with a password, and the softwares can't extract from an encrypted backup (at least to my knowledge). I don't have any extra iPhone in my house so I need to find a way to take those photos and videos out.

FYI: The back is on iTunes in windows 10.

Please help me if you can. Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
