Sorry to say that isn't going to be an option as you explained that you are attempting to restore from a backup that you just made while running on the beta. You have returned to the current version of iOS and that backup is not compatible with the public version. Even if you had been running 9.3.2 beta and created a backup, returned to 9.3.2 official public iOS, you would not be able to restore from that backup made on that beta.
Archive an iOS backup with iTunes
Before you install prerelease software, back up your device in iTunes, then archive the backup. You won’t be able to use an iCloud backup or one you didn’t archive if you go back to the current version of iOS.

I make my reference from the article that I linked which is the official explanation from Apple about this subject. iTunes does not prompt you for this.

Go back to the current version of iOS
If you're using iOS beta and want to go back to the current version of iOS, follow these steps:
- Make sure that you're using the latest version of iTunes.
- Put your device in recovery mode and restore it. If you turned on Find My iPhone, enter your Apple ID and password after the restore to activate your device.
- If you can't finish the restore, get help.
- After the restore is complete, you can set up your device from your archived backup. This backup should be from an earlier version of iOS.

not that what you said is wrong, but saying that I can't backup the files from iOS 9.0 beta version to my current iOS 9.3.2 is wrong.

All I want is that. Nothing is explicitly said that it can't be done with beta version backups. And your last reply is totally irrelevant to what I am asking for.
