Q: Why can't I talk to anyone in person about a billing question???
I have a charge for itunes I didn't even order and I can't find anyone in person to talk to about billing? Any ideas?

If you have a receipt via email for something purchased (which is standard procedure from Apple) you should see within there a place to Report A Problem.
Start with that.
If you do not have a receipt...
