Q: reset my security questions

hello all,

i'm from israel - where there's no support from apple. i forgot my security questions and need to change my password, but since i don't remember the answers - i'm stuck. i also tried to add a rescue mail - but failed unfortunately.

what can i do? i need it for my macbook pro and for my iPad.
