Jul 15, 2016 7:13 PM in response to Paula Perryby David Bourne,Can you log into iTunes Connect using Safari (or other browser)? If not you may have the wrong password in your keychain. You might find an earlier (correct) password in your keychain, using Keychain Access.
There is a password recovery process (through Apple support) but I'm not sure of the details.
Looks like this is different from the problem I've had with two factor authentication.
