    If there is an Apple Store nearby, make a reservation at the Genius Bar. Otherwise think about sending it back.

    You will find the proper means to contact Apple by following the link above. If you have an Apple Store nearby, they can help you to book that appointment and verify details of the reason for your appointment so the Genius Bar can have some detail of what you will be requiring that day. They can also offer assistance with troubleshooting your issue right there on the phone and in most cases, resolve it. If they find it is definitely a hardware issue, they can locate a local store to have the iPhone serviced/replaced. Depending on your availability to shipping options in your country, they can even offer mail-in options.
